USF Lee Roy Selmon Athletic CenterThe University of South Florida new athletic center was  constructed by R.R. Simmons, who served as the Design Builder for this Tampa campus project. The project included a new basketball practice facility, as well as new baseball and soccer venues.

The 50,000 square foot, $30 million dollar athletic center includes: two (2) practice courts, player locker rooms and lounges, two(2) video/film theaters, separate athletic training rooms for women and men, joint weight room for both basketball programs, Coaches’ offices and locker rooms and conference rooms.

BCH performed the mechanical, the scope of which included roof mounted chilled water systems connected to the campus loop, variable volume control and a complete direct digital control system (DDC).
