Our commitment to safety is evident in everything we do. BCH cultivates a safety mindset from the start. We provide safety equipment, ongoing mandatory training, recognition programs, and reporting hotlines; our team does everything in their power to ensure that our employees’ safety and well-being are not compromised.

Community Involvement
Making a difference is an important part of #LifeatBCH. We believe in making a positive difference in the communities where we live and work. While we participate in many local charitable activities, we take special interest in The Basketball Warehouse and Running for All Children. Both of these efforts were initiated by members of the BCH team.
