BCH Mechanical was selected to be part of the construction team in a Design Assist role and then moved directly into the construction phase to ensure that the highest quality systems were obtained, in the most cost-effective manner for the maximum benefit to the owner. This project encompassed three-stories of 178,000 square feet, designed with lab hoods, Phoenix air valves, custom air handlers with special attenuation, specialized exhaust and energy recovery systems, stainless steel ductwork, and full direct digital controls. The plumbing system included sanitary, storm, medical gas, laboratory, domestic, and de-ionized water.
BCH provided full HVAC and plumbing systems for this facility, with over $15 million of mechanical work in place on this one-year project.
