Ryan Companies has utilized BCH Mechanical for the tremendous expansion of Charter Schools, initially in Florida and now throughout the Southeast. We have completed six facilities and have three others under construction. Completed locations in Florida include: Tampa, Bradenton, Riverview, and Temple Terrace. In addition, on the Baton Rouge facility currently under construction we are providing design/assist services to expedite the process and deliver the project on time and in budget.
BCH Mechanical provides the complete turn-key HVAC and Plumbing systems for the Charter School buildings. Mechanical systems placed in the majority of these projects include RTUs, ductless split systems, VAVs, and Advantix roof mounted dehumidification units.
Plumbing scopes include high efficiency water heaters and upgraded fixtures, as well as conventional sanitary, storm, and domestic hot and cold water systems. Controls are Honeywell web based to provide facilities with 24/7 access to the buildings HVAC status.
Beyond construction, ConServ Building Services, a BCH sister company, is performing a Honeywell direct digital control system on all of the new school facilities as well as some existing. This enables ConServ Building Services to remotely monitor and control the building systems 24-hours a day, providing service when necessary. Eventually, all existing school facilities will integrate into this platform with our ability to offsite monitor.
