BCH Mechanical was selected by the First Baptist Church to provide design/build services for replacement of their aging chilled water system.
All work was performed without interruptions to the ongoing activities, including services beginning Sunday afternoon through the following Saturday evening. During this time period, two (2) 140-ton chillers, pumps, piping, and electrical gear were replaced. In just a six-day span, a new state-of-the-art direct digital control system was installed, providing the church with a much-needed upgrade and a mechanical system that will not only be more energy efficient but also, much more user-friendly.
