Coastal Construction selected BCH to perform the mechanical for this 26-story luxury hotel. The hotel consists of 519 rooms, a full-service restaurant, retail stores, spa, and fitness center, as well as a 4-story atrium. The property also features 100,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, including the largest hotel ballroom in Tampa Bay at approximately 30,000 sq. ft.
