Our crews attend safety training as well as weekly and monthly meetings. Field Safety Managers conduct daily and weekly jobsite visits and safety audits are conducted on a weekly basis. Nothing is left to chance. We have systematically built a culture of safety.
SAFETY INITIATIVES
Maintaining a strong safety culture is essential. At the core of the BCH Mechanical safety and health program is the “Think 5 x 5” process, taught to all employees to ensure that they think and work safely.
Our “Think 5 x 5” safety initiative increases employee awareness and enhances the company culture to “Take 5 seconds and 5 steps back” to think about their surroundings and work area to make sure it is a safe work environment.

The Near Miss Program
In 2021, BCH started the Near Miss Program. We encourage everyone to recognize potential safety hazards. With one phone call, our team members have instant communication with company management regarding field safety concerns, near misses or stop work situations.
